As a teenager, I dealt with breakouts on a regular basis and anxiously awaited the day when I would finally “grow out of” my acne.

But it never happened. At the age of 25, my acne was worse than ever despite my best efforts to stop it. I was eating a healthy diet, but I still felt terrible.

I decided to dive in to the research about acne, identify my root causes, and make some changes to my diet and lifestyle. After a few months, I noticed a huge improvement in my skin.
